Often when we are experiencing physical or emotional pain, we have disconnect from our body and develop compensatory patterns that, although useful and necessary at the time, do not best serve us long term. In our sessions together, through a combination of breathing exercises and mindful movement, you will learn how to move out of these patterns and reconnect with your physical and mental Self, improving your quality of life on many levels.
